Updates

06/07/07 ~ Sandra Huggett Online has moved to a new location and has also had a mini revamp - hope you like the new look :) I am beginning to re-do the gallery as the pictures that were there were horrendous quality, so I will gradually replace them with proper screencaps (thanks to Saz, my new official screencapping person!)

My name is Emma (better known to many as Emmie!). I am 19 years old and I live in County Durham, England (apart from when I'm at university, in which case I live in Surrey!). A few years ago, I decided to create this website because I myself am a massive fan of Sandra Huggett and I think she is fantastic. As far as I am aware, there isn't an existing site like this and I thought she deserved a website dedicated to her.

I have been a fan of Sandra's for about 7 or 8 years now. It is thanks to her role in Casualty that I first noticed her. Holly was my favourite character right from the moment she joined and Sandra's fantastic acting had me captivated for the two series she was part of the show. Holly was such a real and believable character that I couldn't help but love her. I was particularly drawn into the storyline with Holly and Patrick, as many people were. After Sandra left Casualty, I have watched every programme that she has been in that I've known about, resulting in a huge collection of video tapes!

I have also been lucky enough to have met Sandra herself four times. When she was touring the country in A Slice Of Saturday Night I met her twice: once in Durham and once in York, where I also met four of my very good friends, and fellow Sandra fans, for the first time. I have travelled down to Windsor twice to meet her: when she was performing in Same Time Next Year alongside Ian Kelsey (Patrick Spiller in Casualty) who we also met, then most recently to see her in Bedroom Farce. She is a really lovely person, incredibly down to earth and friendly. She always takes time to talk to us, sign autographs and have photos, etc. - she doesn't rush off the first chance she can get!
